Sepia Design was approached by a client regarding the development of their chalet bungalow in Englefield Green, Surrey. After feasibility studies it was determined to utilise the existing foundations of the bungalow to develop the building into a 5-bedroom 3 storey house. This also meant retaining most of the walls to the existing ground floor. 

Sepia Design undertook planning, building regulation and contract management to the property. The project was brought into budget and delivered on time. 

A few years after the completion of the above property we were instructed by a neighbour to develop no 22 Kingswood close by incorporating a two-storey side extension and a complete development of the loft space so providing an additional storey.
