Sepia Design were approached by the client for the St John’s Road project as the contractor had been unable to build the project with the previous Architect’s drawings and had left site. 

We undertook a complete re-draw; value engineered the project and managed the build to completion. 

The project included the amalgamation of an existing 2 storey coach house of townscape merit with a contemporary structure over 3 floors, including a new basement. The construction site was both cramped and awkward as one side was a designated red route, which made any delivery of materials challenging. 

The project was brought into budget and delivered on time.
